HOSPITAL CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER - QUALITY AFFAIRS

The Hospital Chief Medical Officer – Quality Affairs reports directly to the Natividad Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of Quality Improvement Programs, as well as the Quality, Health Information Management, and Clinical Informatics Departments. The CMO - Quality Affairs designs, implements and administers quality improvement and outcome management processes, provides ongoing maintenance and evaluation of quality systems with a focus on quality of care/service, and manages quality improvement assessments, delegation oversight and regulatory compliance.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess a valid California medical license and have at least 5 years of experience managing a quality improvement program in an acute care facility.
